End-of-Life Notice: Odyssey, Advantage Direct
Effective: December 12, 2015

Dear Valued Customer,

As previously communicated, First Advantage is in the final stage of the transition plan to upgrade our customers to our go-forward platforms and solutions.

As part of this transition plan, we want to remind you that
First Advantage will end support for the following products
on December 12, 2015:

Odyssey (www.hirecheck.com)

Advantage Direct (screening.fadv.com)

As of December 12, 2015, access to these systems will be discontinued and you will not be able to login and view background/drug reports and statuses.

Please contact your Client Service Representative at 800-888-5773 or via client.services@fadv.com if you need a copy of a report after December 12.  When calling, please be prepared to provide the name of the system from which you need information, the former account number, the applicant's name and any additional information required to identify the specific order you are researching.
